If You Can’t Stand The Heat, Drink Water

This summer season has been challenging, especially when some of us like to walk outdoors. With high temperatures and humidity, we have to be consistently hydrated–not to overload on fruit juices, sodas, and other beverages, but with water. Even the kind of water–a basic necessity for life–has been under scrutiny in several articles.

Make no mistake. I know I need to get back to a more consistent water intake. This post was originally assigned for last week. Now I’m catching up 😊
