The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2014 annual report for this blog.
Here’s an excerpt:
A San Francisco cable car holds 60 people. This blog was viewed about 650 times in 2014. If it were a cable car, it would take about 11 trips to carry that many people.

I created this vision board about two or three years ago to reflect what I wanted to see for my life. I believe that I CAN and WILL happen. During the course of my journey, My vision has changed.
Recently, I keep having these reoccurring dreams and there’s a particular in them. I continue to ask for clarity, wisdom, and discernment because I have been praying and working towards my goals for quite some time. I do slip and fall short, but I REFUSE to give up. Pursuing and maintaining a healthier lifestyle CAN be done. I see several examples on a daily basis through family and friends in social media and in real life. I see other working out on a consistent basis and the eating regimen is consistent as well. We as women experience these biological changes and it’s one of the reasons why I crave for sweet and salty foods. I walked three miles this past Friday. I don’t get outside much so this was a treat. My legs were thinking I mistreated them—I don’t care LOL
I’ve already developed in my mind about the wardrobe I want once I lose the majority of the weight. I’m grateful that I have health insurance because time is needed to get my checkups done and get back into a workout routine with better eating habits. A detox is in my future……….
We continue to move forward! I wear my shades and move forward in faith as my visions progress. I’m loving the visions I see!
Think of these videos as part of my “Vision Life Soundtrack” LOL
Several people have experienced transitions lately. We hear about people in the public eye or unknown who are no longer with us. It’s interesting that last month I celebrated the five-year anniversary transition of my mother. Later in the month, the reports kept coming. There were family members; parents of friends in real life and in social media; people who lost their lives through violence.
I admit, I’ve slipped and fallen short. I continue to encourage myself and move forward. I’m working my way back to drinking more water and walking more. I have to get out more LOL. So many things are going on but I can’t allow situations to prevent me from reaching my goal. I also found out that I gained two of the four pounds I lost……YUCK!
I still have my vision board in front of me. One of the pictures I have is a woman who lost weight due to changing eating habits and exercise. I must do better if I want to be able to do the things I’ve seen visions for. I can see myself again with a new wardrobe and less body fat. I MUST keep it moving!
Again, this is another short blog post. I’ll probably have another long one when I’m not on the go LOL. To end, I dedicate this blog post to those who lost their lives due to violence that could’ve been prevented and lives matter!
#BlackLivesMatter: John Crawford; Eric Garner; Akai Gurley; Tamir Rice; Jordan Davis; Trayvon Martin; Michael Brown (unfortunately) the list continues to grow…….
DISCLAIMER: This post ending may be too much for some people…..
As of last week, I’ve completed the 24-Day Abs Workout Challenge. Now I have to do something else. I want to really focus on my arms and legs. I’m tired of the wing flaps that don’t need to be there. I’m still drinking my water intake, so I haven’t ended that. For now, I’m not on one of my social media networks. I was using an app called Water Your Body that helps remind you to drink your water and you can set the notifications to your preferences. Even without using it, I’m still consistent.
I continue to walk when the sun is out or it isn’t raining–even in the cold. The temperatures remind you of the weather changes. A social media friend made me the accessories to help me stay warm and sent them to me. Now that’s love right there! In addition, I make them look good LOL!
Seriously, I need to get in a dance class like yesterday and work on more strength training and cardio. That’s my next project on pursuing and maintaining a healthier lifestyle. We’ll see where this part of the journey will take me. Yes, you will realize this is a very SHORT blog post. I want to thank those who read and share my blog. Thank you on following on my journey!
